Gary's style of training normally involves the whole body, from High Intensive Interval Training, to circuits and boot camp style, Gary uses a mix of cardio, weights and resistance methods to get maximum results from your workout.

Gary runs small group training sessions weekly. Catering for all fitness levels and at just $20* per person, per week why not give it a go?!
Everyone in the group will be assessed in terms of general fitness levels and the training session tailored accordingly.

Gary offers competitive rates for one on one training conducted in the comfort of your own home.
Gary will set you up with a small pack of equipment. All you need is an internet connection, computer or smart device and you are set!
