Training Forecast: Bootcamp PT will be run at Casey Recreational Park on Monday, Wednesday or Friday mornings from 09:30 to 10:30 (approximately). 

Cost for training camps will be 

$20 - Per individual session
$53 - 3 Pack ($17.50 per session)
$90 - 6 Pack ($15 per session)

For legal coverage for all participants (and me) a Pre Activity Readiness Questionnaire must be completed and submitted, to ensure everyone can exercise safely without any ill effects. 

Unfortunately, if any of the questions are answered "YES", you will be unable to participate until you have medical clearance form a GP or Physio.
